Bruce Springsteen from boy to Soul and Spirit...

An insightful (and rare) interview with 'The Boss', who talks about the influence of his childhood house and Catholic upbringing in relation to his brilliant Wrecking Ball album. For Apple viewers here's some text but video may still be Flash :-(

Interesting interview, with intriguing final comment on song-writing inspiration... Never really been a fan, but can respect the man and his craft, and he displays a maturity that is not tired, despite a certain retrospective atmosphere generated by old footage.

What a great interview - and Wrecking Ball is his best for a while I think. It's brill!

Yes, I agree with you, Tim, about not being a 'fan' as such, but he so 'gets' it! He is monumental live, totally captivating and memorable.

Thank you Liz, and for the 'nicking'! I have purchased your book, yes, a real, printed one, which now resides on my bedside book pile... Enjoying it so far, even as a bloke ;-) Well done!

Best, PB
